Job summary

Drees Homes is seeking an Internet Sales Assistant to join our Corporate Marketing Department in Fort Mitchell, KY. This part-time role supports New Home Specialists by handling online leads and phone calls, helping schedule appointments, and performing administrative duties.

The position offers weekday, evening and weekend hours with 2-3 weekends per month, some remote work and a requirement to report to the office one day a week at our Fort Mitchell location.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with ability to adjust hours.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is helpful.
• Detail-minded with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with diverse teams.
• High school education required; College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer online leads and phone calls to help achieve online appointment and sales goals.
• Relieve New Home Specialists during vacations and off-days by handling inquiries.
• Provide administrative support in the corporate sales area.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining records for the sales team.
