• This role requires 4-7 years of related programmatic experience.
• Experience with faith-based humanitarian response is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of international humanitarian projects with global partners.
• Coordinate emergency response and reporting processes to strengthen impact and accountability.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with international partners and ecumenical organizations.
• Represent PDA in regional and international forums and act as liaison for accompaniment in Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Support cross-organizational coordination and education/communication of programmatic information.
