Job summary

Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is seeking an Associate II for Assessments and Recruitment, a full-time role conducted remotely from a US residence. The position focuses on leading 1001 Leadership Assessments and developing resources for new worshiping communities, in partnership with mid councils, seminaries, and other PC(USA) offices.

The role requires experience coordinating program activities, educating partners, and providing discernment support for prospective leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Canva, Jotform, and Basecamp or similar project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 1001 Leadership Assessments with partners (mid councils, seminaries, etc.).
• Educate mid councils on needed qualities and competencies for new worshiping community leadership.
• Create vocational discernment opportunities and introductions to 1001NWcs work with partners.
