Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking an Internal Wholesaler to drive sales and build strong relationships with producers, recruiting new agents and growing a book of business. You will proactively call agents, promote campaigns and utilize Crump resources to maximize revenue potential.

The role requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options are available across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Effective time management skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information.
• Maintain and grow team sales goal in coordination with sales resources.
• Proactive calling to all assigned agents to build territory.
• Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing agent groups to maximize revenue potential.
• Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex and advanced illustrations consulting on creative solutions.
