Job summary

Destify is seeking a Product Manager for Internal Services to own the roadmap for the company’s internal tools used by Sales, Revenue, Accounting, and Guest Experience. You will turn day-to-day friction into efficient systems, enabling teams to focus on couples rather than spreadsheets.

You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business units to prioritize initiatives, measure adoption, and drive continuous improvement with an AI-native approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management for internal platforms or operations tooling.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and prioritizing work across teams.
• Familiarity with EOS and CRM automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and publish 90-day roadmaps for internal tools and platforms.
• Lead discovery with cross-functional teams and measure adoption, cycle time, and efficiency.
• Define backlog, acceptance criteria, and release timing; validate outcomes with data.
