Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management or product operations experience.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience constructing business cases, performing P&L / ROI evaluation, and managing direct product costs.
• Strong written and verbal communication at the Manager/Director level; executive storytelling.
• Solid analytics fluency: identifies metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and align with overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the product strategy and feature set for multiple Internal Tools products.
• Contribute to overall product portfolio strategy and planning across Care, Sales, Field, and back-office.
• Define audience needs and use cases to guide feature development; act as customer advocate.
• Construct business cases and evaluate financial drivers to influence product decisions.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives across agent workflows and employee platforms end-to-end.
• Define reporting requirements, track KPIs, and analyze data to tell the story behind decisions.
• Partner with Engineering and UI/UX to deliver well-conceived solutions and advocate for your products.
