Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and productize manual operational processes across the organization.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and productize internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to build scalable internal capabilities supporting multiple business functions.
• Build internal platforms, workflow automation, administrative tools, AI-enabled experiences, and integrations leveraged across multiple teams.
• Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve employee productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Prioritize product investments by balancing business impact, operational efficiency, technical complexity, and long-term scalability.
• Measure success through adoption, process efficiency, time savings, and employee experience.
