Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager for Internal Tools & Automation to design internal products that streamline a fast-growing physical operation. You will collaborate with software teams to transform fragmented handoffs into reliable systems and AI-assisted workflows.

You will lead the path from customer specs through sourcing, cost tracking, invoicing, and fulfillment, aiming for faster decisions, fewer manual reconciliations, and measurable adoption by operators across

Qualifications

• Experience owning a cross‑functional workflow or internal product from discovery through delivery and measurable results.
• Strong process‑discovery skills to uncover rules, exceptions, ownership gaps, and data conflicts.
• Fluent in relational data concepts and writing/reading SQL to inspect operational data.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, authentication, events or webhooks, and failure handling.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document critical workflows by engaging with operators.
• Define core records, ownership, lifecycle states, and decision rules for reliability.
• Reconcile data with SQL, identify data quality issues, and ensure consistency.
• Map information flow across systems, APIs, and manual handoffs.
• Prototype deterministic automation and AI assistance with proper permissions and reviews.
