Job summary

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. Join us to own and scale internal systems for thousands of frontline employees, with hybrid-first work and global collaboration.

You will design and implement automation, data models, and internal apps using n8n, PostgreSQL, and Retool, while partnering with HR and Operations to deliver reliable tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or other low-code automation platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases and data interpretation.
• Experience building internal apps or forms with Retool or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
• Know-how of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Excellent English communication for working with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n.
• Develop PostgreSQL data structures for internal solutions.
• Build internal apps, forms, and UIs in Retool.
• Integrate HR and enterprise systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Provide testing, debugging, and internal support for existing tools and workflows.
• Evolve MVP solutions into reliable internal products.
