ElevenLabs is seeking an Internal AI Engineer to accelerate automation across GTM, Operations, and Finance. You’ll co-design agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual toil and redefine how teams operate.

Qualifications

• Production automations in real-world environments.
• Strong AI-first mindset with curiosity for building agentic workflows.
• Deep backend experience and system design patterns (APIs, webhooks, orchestration).
• Security, auditability, and blast-radius awareness from the start.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools like ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n.
• Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and more in our core stack.
• Build reusable automation services and templates that scale across teams.
• Own experiments from discovery through production and measure impact.
• Develop monitoring frameworks to ensure reliability and safety of AI-native workflows.
