Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping automations or applications in production.
• Strong familiarity with LLM capabilities and prompting strategies.
• Deep backend expertise, including strong Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations.
• Integrate AI systems with our core business stack.
• Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI-native workflows.

Skills

Experience building and shipping automations

Familiarity with LLM capabilities

Strong Python and SQL skills

Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
