Job summary

The Christopher Group is partnering with a real estate investment organization to recruit an Interim Recruiter for property operations and leadership roles. This 100% remote, full-time position supports eastern time business hours and starts ASAP.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Property Managers and Regional Managers, sourcing talent across locations, building pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to align staffing priorities with business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within property management, real estate operations, or homebuilding.
• Strong understanding of property operations and the talent needed to support them.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting on-site operational talent across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Regional Managers.
• Source and attract talent across multiple property locations.
• Build strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and deliver qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Support additional searches across maintenance, construction management, home sales, and regional leadership.
