Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support cyber threat customers and maximize value from Falcon Intelligence Recon. You will act as the cyber intel interface between customers and the CrowdStrike intelligence team, helping clients use intelligence insights effectively.

The role requires knowledge of threat intelligence, strong English communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber threat intelligence and customer engagement.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with dark web ecosystems, threat intelligence concepts, and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and ownership across many relationships.
• Triage and escalate noteworthy Falcon Intelligence Recon findings to customers.
• Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings with subject matter expertise.
• Represent customer feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams to inform product improvements.
