CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Falcon Intel Recon Analyst to support cyber threat customers and maximize value from the Intelligence product.

You will interact with customers from executives to security analysts and manage multiple workstreams with independent ownership. The role emphasizes deep cyber intelligence knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable guidance, including collaborating with Intelligence and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with cyber threat intelligence and intelligence lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of cyber threat intel terminology and analysis.
• Understanding of dark and deep web ecosystems and actors.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
• Customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to explain technology to non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• thrives in a fast-paced, high-stress startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer satisfaction and own multiple customer relationships.
• Triage and elevate notable Falcon Intelligence Recon findings to customers.
• Guide customers through Recon findings with subject‑matter expertise.
• Advocate for customers to Intelligence and Engineering teams to improve the product.
• Travel: Minimal to light travel (25%).
