CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI‑first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role

The mission of the Falcon Intel Recon Analyst is to directly support cyber threat customers and to ensure our customers realize the full value of the Intelligence product they have purchased from CrowdStrike; ultimately maximizing customer success and renewals. Analysts are responsible for working with multiple customers to manage the customer's Falcon Intel Recon module. This role will serve as a cyber intel analytic interface between CrowdStrike's Falcon Intelligence Recon customers and the wider CrowdStrike intelligence team, enabling effective use of cyber threat intelligence between clients and the Falcon Intel Recon application. Ideal candidates possess working knowledge of dark web intelligence and threat intelligence, complemented by customer engagement skills across technical and executive levels. You should demonstrate the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams and have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role requires understanding and addressing customer needs at all organizational levels, from C‑suite executives to security analysts.

What You'll Do
  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining a strong sense of ownership over many customer relationships.
  • Quickly triage and elevate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to the respective customers.
  • Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and providing subject matter expertise.
  • Be a strong voice for customers into the Intelligence and Engineering teams to improve the product and ensure that customer's feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction is conveyed and accounted for.
  • Travel: Minimal to light travel (25%).
What You'll Need

  • Good written, verbal communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, key concepts, and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of the dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Customer service attitude and willingness to help and problem‑solve with customers.
  • Ability to operate independently and with little direction.
  • Ability to present and explain technology to people with less technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high stress start up environment and able to create customer solutions with limited resources.
  • Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies, specifically email, networking, and enterprise security.
Bonus Points
  • Ability to use AI tools and familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) as a delivery method for indicators and intelligence.
  • Curiosity about how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can enhance darkweb analysis, intelligence analysis, and customer outcomes.

CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world’s leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware‑based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed — one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware. There’s much more to the story of how Falcon has redefined endpoint protection but there’s only one thing to remember about CrowdStrike: We stop breaches.
