Job summary

airG Inc. is a pioneer in mobile software and seeks a Software Product Support & Integrations specialist for a remote role. You will partner with Business Development & Integrations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support for external partners.

You will translate partner requirements to the Integrations team, track progress, and report on technical work while maintaining strong relationships with international clients. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software product support with integrations or project management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable conducting technical discussions with international clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to identify and anticipate potential problems in a fast-changing setting.

Responsibilities

• Understand external partners’ technical requirements and convey them to the Integrations team.
• Work with Business Development and Integrations to optimize product launches and schedules.
• Provide status reports on ongoing technical work to internal groups and the BD team.
• Plan and track internal objectives and remove obstacles faced by the development team.
• Liaise with telecom carriers to coordinate product integrations and ongoing support.
• Design, customize and document user experience flows and system interaction flows.
• Participate in technical discussions with external partners supporting sales and development teams.
• Promote ideas and processes to improve team performance.
• Perform internal and external reporting and marketing reviews.
• Advocate for airG and customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in product testing, bug hunting, and technical investigations.
• Manage and coordinate product launches and related support activities.
