Job summary

Appspace is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to manage the day-to-day activities and growth of hundreds of partners globally. The role requires a high-energy, well-organized individual with strong business development acumen.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Partnerships and collaborate with the GTM, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Expect approx. 20% travel across regions and time zones, supporting account growth and renewal retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent work experience.
• Background in business development with partner management preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in email, phone, and face-to-face client engagement.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales processes.
• Experience leveraging AI to boost productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Appspace Partner Desk, onboarding and day-to-day partner management.
• Educate partners on Appspace product/services and enablement tools.
• Deliver sales presentations to Partner AMs, SEs, and marketing teams.
• Represent Appspace at industry events and partner events.
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline and revenue forecast to GTM leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive account growth and renewals.
• Develop mastery of sales acumen, partner enablement, operations, and industry knowledge.
• Differentiate Appspace to maintain a dominant position in partner accounts.
