The Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of integration capabilities across our platform.
Integrations play a critical role in helping customers connect existing systems, data sources, documents, and workflows. In this position, you'll create the technical foundation that enables seamless deployment, stronger customer adoption, and scalable product growth.

By building reliable integrations, you'll help reduce onboarding complexity, accelerate customer success, and expand the range of workflows our platform can support. Your work will have a direct impact on product value, implementation efficiency, and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing integrations
- Build APIs, connectors, synchronization services, and data ingestion pipelines
- Integrate with accounting applications, workflow platforms, document repositories, and other third-party systems
- Enhance the stability, monitoring, and scalability of integration infrastructure
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to understand customer requirements
- Investigate and resolve integration-related issues while identifying opportunities to create repeatable product solutions
- Contribute to the design of security controls, access management, authentication, and data governance frameworks
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in backend application development
- Experience designing and implementing APIs and integration architectures
- Knowledge of third-party APIs, data synchronization processes, authentication mechanisms, and authorization models
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across distributed systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and customer-facing teams
- Self-directed mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise-grade integrations
- Familiarity with accounting, audit, fintech, ERP, CRM, or content management platforms
- Experience with OAuth, SSO, identity management, and access controls
- Prior work at a startup or high-growth company
- Experience creating integration frameworks, connector platforms, or reusable integration tooling
