Job summary

Experian is seeking an Integration Engineer to work with healthcare clients to implement our products that support the front end of the healthcare revenue cycle. You will partner with clients and internal teams to build, connect and validate product integrations, including FHIR API connections.

This role offers a flexible work environment with opportunities to work remote, hybrid or in-office from designated hub locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of software implementation or revenue cycle experience in healthcare settings.
Experience with FHIR API connections.
Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle in acute and ambulatory settings.
Experience managing multiple client implementations concurrently.
Experience troubleshooting integrations to resolution; familiarity with HL7, X12, API, XML, and SQL is preferred.
Willingness to reside near designated collaboration hub(s).

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams on integration approaches and solutions.
Build, connect and validate data for product integrations, including FHIR API connections.
Use internal tools to start the build of client-facing software and to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Apply your knowledge of product workflows to deliver front-end healthcare revenue cycle solutions.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal partners.
