Job summary

Veeva Systems is a leading life sciences cloud provider enabling customers to accelerate therapy delivery. This Senior Architect role offers remote, full-time work with travel up to 25%.

You will influence architecture strategy, engage with executives, and mentor team members across life sciences projects. You will design commercial architectures, ensure data integrity, and drive success with Veeva’s commercial applications in pharma and medical devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Commercial IT Architecture in Life Sciences.
• Experience with commercial solutions & architecture design, data architecture, and Salesforce effectiveness.
• Knowledge of commercial operations in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
• Strong presentation skills and experience are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in business process due diligence and best-practice design.
• Create end-user requirements for customer application implementation projects.
• Deliver high-quality solutions across lifecycle delivery for pharma/life sciences clients.
• Collaborate with Customers, Vendors, and Veeva colleagues to drive Customer Success.
• Provide direction to junior team members and support recruitment.
