Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is hiring an Integration Architect for Site Solutions Professional Services.

You will lead integrations for SiteVault, acting as the main liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders to design and support integrations, drive collaboration, manage escalations, and demonstrate value through proactive engagement. You will investigate and implement new integrations, coordinate with customer stakeholders and vendors, and shape design/implementation strategies for our product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare, or relevant fields.
• Experience working with customers and third-parties to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations aligning with customer goals.
• Set up SSO and Microsoft Collaborative Authoring integrations for new customers.
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to improve product and processes.
• Support customers migrating onto SiteVault, transforming/loading large data sets.
• Design and build tools to enable high-volume data updates in production.
