You will advise clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflows from brief to delivery.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with senior team members, while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to optimize processes and costs for global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of video production experience in advertising/production.
• Proficient in Google Suite and basic familiarity with VFX programs and AI workflow solutions.
• Knowledge of union crew labor, SAG rules, and regional market rates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-discipline production across client/agency groups.
• Vet production vendors for quality/value and support bid negotiations for best value.
• Attend scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings to align creative, schedule, and budget.
• Enforce client policy, production guidelines, and best practices.
• Review budgets and schedules for accuracy in collaboration with broadcast SMEs.
