The Associate Advisor, Integrated, is a mid-level role managing advertising production across broadcast, online video, social content, post-production, and VFX. You will guide clients from brief to delivery, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to optimize budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of deep experience producing video content for advertising or production companies.
• Proficient in Google Suite and a working understanding of VFX programs, technology, and AI workflow solutions.
• Outgoing, collaborative, and diplomatic; able to influence others on important projects.
• Knowledge of union crew labor, SAG rules, and regional market rates.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-discipline interaction on projects with client/agency groups.
• Vet production vendors for quality/value and support bid negotiations for best value.
• Attend scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings to align creative, schedule, and budget.
• Educate clients and APR teams on advancements in production technology and AI workflows.
