Job summary

APR Consulting Co is seeking an Associate Advisor, Integrated to manage advertising production across broadcast, online video, social content, post‑production, and VFX. The role partners with senior team members to support clients, agencies and internal teams from brief to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of deep video production experience in advertising or production, solid knowledge of budgets and schedules, and the ability to work across remote, global teams embracing AI workflow

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience producing video content for advertising/production companies.
• Proficient in Google Suite and working understanding of VFX tools and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of union crew labor, SAG rules, and regional market rates.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Production Management: support cross-discipline interaction on projects with client/agency groups.
• Vet production vendors for quality/value and support bid negotiations for best value.
• Attend scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings to align creative, schedule and budget.
• Enforce client policy, production guidelines, and best practices.
• VFX & Post-Production Oversight: participate in budget discussions and review schedules.
• AI & Innovation: educate clients on AI workflow solutions and opportunities to repurpose assets.
• Internal Leadership & Reporting: capture APR savings and document KPIs in Acero.
