APR Consulting Co. is a strategic production consultancy seeking an Associate Advisor, Integrated to manage advertising production across broadcast, online video, social content, post-production, and VFX.

The role drives production workflows from brief to delivery while maintaining client and agency relationships and partnering with senior team members. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of experience in video production for advertising, strong knowledge of SAG rules, and proficiency with Google

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience producing video content for advertising or production companies.
• Proficient in Google Suite and working understanding of VFX programs, technology, and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of union crew labor, SAG rules, and regional market rates.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-discipline interaction on projects with client/agency groups.
• Vet production vendors for quality/value and support bid negotiations.
• Attend scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings to align creative, schedule, and budget.
• Enforce client policy, production guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in Animation and VFX budget discussions and bid negotiations.
• Review Animation and VFX production specs, schedules, and budgets for accuracy.
