CorVel Corporation is seeking a CareIQ Intake Specialist to provide administrative customer service to claimants, providers, and management by receiving and entering new ancillary referrals. The role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and proficient use of proprietary systems in a remote work setting.

This full-time position is remote, with a schedule Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM EST, requiring living in Central or Eastern Time Zone and a reliable broadband connection for a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment.
• Ability to operate proprietary systems used by the company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data-entry ability with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality and friendly telephonic customer service in an inbound and outbound high-volume call-center environment
• Completes accurate data entry and review
• Able to learn and operate corporate proprietary systems
• Enters assigned electronic orders into coordination system
• Ensures all case stakeholders are updated regularly
• Transcribes correspondence/reports from dictation
• Uses problem solving and critical thinking to avoid delays in scheduling
• Meets departmental production and quality performance expectations
• Additional duties as assigned
