Avrek Law in the United States is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This remote, phone-heavy role requires clear communication, empathy, and the ability to document information accurately while maintaining client confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will conduct initial intake interviews, gather case details, and work with the intake and legal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
• Experience in legal intake, personal injury, customer service, call center, sales, or a similar phone-based role.
• Strong listening, questioning, and conversational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with clients and documenting information.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate phone calls to prospective Spanish and English-speaking clients.
• Conduct initial intake interviews and gather detailed information about potential personal injury cases.
• Build rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Ask appropriate questions regarding accidents, injuries, treatment, insurance, and other relevant case information.
• Accurately document client information and intake notes in the firm's case management/CRM system.
• Follow established intake procedures and scripts while maintaining a natural conversational style.
• Follow up with prospective clients when necessary.
• Protect confidential and sensitive client information.
• Work closely with the firm's intake and legal teams.
