North End Teleservices, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to work from home. You will handle inbound calls, chat, and outbound outreach to assist customers with questions, applications, and account issues.

This remote role requires a high school diploma, reliable internet, and fluency in English. Training is fully remote, equipment is provided, and benefits begin after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service/administrative/telemarketing experience.
• Must have reliable internet service to work from home.
• Must be able to speak/read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
• Must type a minimum of 20 WPM.
• Experience with a PC and Windows OS is required.
• Ability to meet KPIs/metrics and work within established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats; perform outbound calls as needed.
• Read verbatim scripted responses to provide information.
• Follow policies and standard operating procedures; document calls end to end.
• Assist callers with filling out applications and submitting them for processing.
• Maintain accurate call logs and related documentation for inquiries.
