North End Teleservices, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, chat, and outbound inquiries from home. You will assist customers with questions, process applications, and ensure accurate, friendly service in a supportive environment.

Training is fully remote with no commuting to Omaha offices. The role emphasizes active listening, empathy, clear communication, and meeting performance metrics while working from home nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service/administrative/telemarketing experience required.
• Must have reliable internet service in order to be able to work from home.
• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
• Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system is required.
• The ability to effectively work within established key performance indicators/metrics is necessary.
• Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, use chat, and make outbound calls to assist customers with information and applications.
• Read pre-scripted responses verbatim to provide basic general and claims specific information.
• Follow policies and standard operating procedures, document calls, and protect privacy.
• Assist callers with filling out their applications and submitting electronically to plan provider for processing.
• Complete basic call logs and document call details for inquiries.
