The Treetop is hiring an Intake Coordinator for ABA therapy services. Remote in the USA, you will be the first contact for families and guide them through the intake process. The role involves handling 75–100 calls daily, explaining programs clearly, and coordinating insurance and consent documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Driven by results, goals, and bonus opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for services.
• Manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Explain programs clearly and guide families through intake process.
• Follow up to collect insurance, documentation, and consents.
• Track progress in Salesforce and other systems.
• Meet and exceed performance goals for responsiveness, conversion, and completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
