Job summary

The Treetop in Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Provider Relations lead to serve as the local face of our ABA services. You will cultivate relationships with pediatricians, diagnostic specialists, schools, and referral partners to ensure families in need are connected to high-quality care and supported from first contact.

You will own the referral funnel, drive completed intakes, and partner with intake and clinical teams to start care smoothly.

Qualifications

• ABA or healthcare intake experience preferred.
• Established relationships with Albuquerque pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, or referral sources.
• Ability to travel regionally and manage a defined market.

• Represent The Treetop in person at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings.

• Keep activity and relationships organized and logged to measure effectiveness.

We're looking for an experienced Provider Relations professional who already knows this world: someone who walks in with existing relationships across the pediatric, behavioral health, and special-needs community in the Albuquerque area, and knows how to turn those relationships into families served. This is a role for a proven connector who can hit the ground running, not learn the industry from scratch.

Your Mission

As our Provider Relations lead in Albuquerque, you'll be the face of The Treetop, the trusted local voice that pediatricians, schools, behavioral health providers, and referral partners know and rely on. You'll open doors, build genuine relationships, and make sure that when a provider has a child who needs ABA, we're the first name they think of and the one they trust to take great care of that family.

On this journey, you will:

• Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Albuquerque area
• Represent The Treetop in person, at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings
• Drive completed intakes: own the relationships that turn provider trust into families starting care
• Respond fast to incoming referrals so no family waits
• Work hand in hand with our intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care
• Keep your activity and relationships organized and logged so we can see what's working

What You Bring

• ABA or healthcare experience required. You've worked in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations, and you understand how referrals and diagnosis-to-service actually work.
• Existing relationships. You come with established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the Albuquerque market, the kind that let you generate referrals from day one.
• A relationship-driven mindset. You know which relationships matter most, and you spend your time where it converts.
• Location: Must live within commuting distance of Albuquerque and know the local community.
• Mobility: Reliable vehicle and comfortable with frequent in-market and regional travel (mileage reimbursed).
• Independent and organized: You run your own territory like it's your business, and you keep it tight.
