Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Arizona seeks an Operations Manager for in-home services to lead field-based operations, coordinate staff schedules, and support families. You’ll partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth referrals, service delivery, and compliant documentation across the region.

This role requires 2+ years in ABA or behavioral health, strong scheduling and front-office experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health.
• 3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting or leading teams.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and visit logistics for staff.
• Support clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure families receive timely communication and feel supported.
• Troubleshoot service issues such as cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and field operations.
• Track service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance.
• Support field trainings, team engagement, and operational planning.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and payer requirements.
