Job summary

North End Teleservices, LLC is seeking a customer service representative for a fully remote position available to applicants residing outside the Omaha and Lincoln metropolitan areas. You will handle incoming calls, chat, and outbound calls to assist customers with answering questions, processing applications, and resolving issues with accuracy and courtesy.

Training is conducted remotely, equipment is provided, and eligible benefits include paid holidays after 60 days, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of customer service/administrative/telemarketing experience.
• Reliable home internet required to work from home.
• Clear, professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat, and outbound calls to assist customers.
• Read scripted responses verbatim to provide information.
• Follow policies and document calls and tasks accurately.
• Assist with applying online and submitting for plan processing.
