Omaha Sports and Games is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to be a primary contact during evenings and weekends for our growing ecommerce team. You will answer calls, texts, and emails, help customers select products, provide shipping info and order updates, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to manage customer conversations professionally, including difficult or frustrated customers.
• Previous customer service or inside sales experience.
• Experience selling products online or over the phone.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
• Experience following up with leads and closing sales.
• Interest in sports, fitness, arcade games, or recreational products.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls immediately and professionally
• Respond quickly to customer text messages and emails
• Assist customers with product questions, shipping information, order updates, availability, and purchasing concerns
• Utilize our website, manufacturer resources, internal systems, and other tools to provide accurate information
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through until their questions or concerns are resolved
• Identify upsell opportunities and close sales
• Follow up with abandoned carts, open quotes, previous inquiries, and other sales opportunities
• Proactively contact potential customers during slower periods to generate additional revenue
• Help convert website visitors and incoming customer inquiries into completed purchases
