Job summary

Qualifications

• Active multi-state RN license is required.
• Clinical experience in surgery or related specialty is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a member-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute core Surgery Care workflows within the assigned function.
• Conduct clinical intake and assess surgery readiness.
• Coordinate case pathway including scheduling, benefits, and pre-authorization.
• Obtain and validate required documentation and track case status.
• Maintain COE accounts and referrals in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve barriers and expedite care.
