Job summary

ICF is seeking an Intake and Case Initiation Coordinator Supervisor to lead intake, data, provider documentation, and case initiation for a federally funded legal services network. • 1+ years supervising, leading, training, or coordinating staff, contractors, volunteers, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day intake and case initiation operations, including work assignment and queue monitoring.
• Supervise and coach coordinator-level staff for intake forms, data entry, and case initiation steps.
• Develop and improve SOPs, checklists, templates, escalation rules, and quality review routines.
• Coordinate with network management and providers to ensure smooth case movement from referral to initiation.
