Job summary

Atticor is seeking an experienced Intake Attorney to guide, evaluate, and support intake operations. The role involves reviewing potential cases for attorney review, guiding client escalations, and ensuring intake decisions meet firm criteria.

This is a full-time remote position, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm PST. You will collaborate with intake agents and management, training staff and suggesting process improvements.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law including intake or case evaluation.
• Strong ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential cases against acceptance criteria and advise on next steps.
• Communicate with prospective clients to address questions and convey process.
• Support intake agents and management with legal guidance and training.
• Document decisions and maintain accurate records in the case management system.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to intake processes.
