Job summary

AAA Ohio Auto Club in Akron, OH is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Support Specialist to join our sales and service teams. You will assist with sales procedures, follow-up with clients, and perform data-entry tasks to support efficient client service.

Responsibilities include processing policy documentation, managing client information in agency systems, handling inquiries, scheduling exams, and coordinating communications to improve service and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and service teams by following up with clients to obtain required policy documentation.
• Identify and assign daily policy notifications and requests via the agency management system.
• Assist in person clients with billing and processing questions.
• Coordinate life insurance medical exam appointments with clients.
• Make outbound calls for policy and payment reminders.
• Perform data entry and maintenance in agency reports and systems.
• Close the loop on surveys and determine resolutions.
• Monitor and assign incoming sales leads per time standards.
