Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Utah seeks an Insurance Service Support Associate to help keep member accounts in good standing and ensure coverage and emergency road service availability. You will work with partner carriers to explain value propositions and resolve questions to retain Members.

Ideal candidates hold an active Property & Casualty license, have at least one year in sales or customer service, and can obtain any required licenses within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred; not required at hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales, retention or customer service experience.
• Must obtain unrestricted licenses for states served within 60 days of start or area expansion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service all partner insurance policies.
• Review policies to maximize value and quote, bind, and issue coverage.
• Identify customer needs to retain Members and explain value proposition.
• Track interactions and update accounts with all actions.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
