AAA Mountain West Group seeks an Insurance Service Support Associate to help members keep accounts in good standing and ensure coverage and emergency road service are available when needed. The role supports retention by providing customer service to partner carriers, identifying needs, explaining value, and overcoming objections to build Members for life.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of sales, retention or customer service experience.
• Acquires all unrestricted licenses required to sell Insurance and Membership products within 60 calendar days of starting or expansion of the Member Service area.

Responsibilities

• Serves all partner insurance policies.
• Conducts policy and product reviews to maximize value options and quotes, binds, and issues policies.
• Uses sales techniques to identify needs, retain members, explain value, and close sales.
• Maintains accurate tracking of customer interactions and actions.
• Identifies process improvements and implements best practices.
