Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is hiring an Insurance Service Support Associate to help keep member accounts in good standing and provide insurance customer service for partner carriers. The role supports retention by explaining value propositions, handling questions, and closing sales while ensuring accurate account notes and timely actions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and preferred Property & Casualty licensing with up to date licenses required within 60 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License preferred; required licenses within 60 days of start
• Experience in sales, retention or customer service preferred
• Must live in AZ or UT (Arizona or Utah) and be able to work remote

Responsibilities

• Serves all partner insurance policies
• Conducts comprehensive policy and product reviews with clients to maximize value
• Uses sales techniques to retain Members and close sales
• Tracks customer interactions and actions
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements best practices
