Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Arizona/Utah seeks an Insurance Service Support Associate to maintain member accounts, handle policy reviews, and support retention initiatives. You will explain product options, assist with payments, and coordinate with partner carriers to ensure coverage remains active.

This role emphasizes service quality and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, an active property/casualty license or willingness to obtain, and at least one year

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of sales, retention or customer service experience.
• Acquire all unrestricted licenses required to sell Insurance and Membership products within 60 days of starting or expansion of the area.

Responsibilities

• Services all partner insurance policies.
• Conducts a comprehensive policy and product review with clients to maximize value and offer suitable products; use underwriting guidelines to assess risk, quote and issue policies.
• Use sales techniques to identify needs, retain Members, explain value and overcome objections to close sales and collect payments.
• Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and actions in the system.
• Identify process improvements and propose best practices.
