After paid training, you will handle inbound calls, assess customer needs, and offer suitable insurance solutions while building relationships. Qualifications

• Six months of service or sales experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Computer skills with multiple screens and applications at once.
• Excellent communication and active listening, with rapport-building.
• Sales-focused mindset with upsell ability.
• Able to complete paid training and 100% of it.
• Willing to work assigned shifts, including weekends/holidays, 7:30am–12:30am EST.
• Must pass background check, be 18+, and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and consult to identify prospective insured needs.
• Educate customers on products and how they meet needs.
• Read disclosures verbatim and clearly communicate coverages.
• Research, analyze, and resolve inquiries about insurance and service issues.
• Engage with a diverse customer base, tailoring assistance per policyholder.
