Qualifications

• Six months in a service or sales environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and manage time effectively.
• Computer skills with multiple screens.
• Strong communication and active listening; build rapport.
• Sales-focused mindset with upselling ability.
• Able to attend paid training.
• Availability for shifts after full-time paid training, including weekends/holidays (7:30am–12:30am EST).
• Must be 18+, GED or High School Diploma, and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound calls and identify the prospective insured's needs; match products and solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance products and services; upsell where appropriate.
• Read disclosures verbatim; explain coverages clearly using provided resources.
• Research, analyze, and resolve inquiries about insurance and service issues.
• Engage with customers from diverse backgrounds; tailor assistance to policyholder needs.
