We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Lead with strong experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration, ideally within the Insurance domain. The role requires expertise in leveraging Agentic AI and intelligent automation to enhance CRM efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce solution design, configuration, and customization across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Integrate Agentic AI / Einstein GPT / Generative AI capabilities to deliver intelligent workflows and automated insights.
• Partner with business and technical teams to define scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee a small development team and ensure delivery best practices, governance, and code quality.
• Drive continuous innovation and automation initiatives leveraging AI and modern Salesforce features.
• Collaborate with API/integration teams for data synchronization and system interoperability.
• Provide technical leadership in Agile environment with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).

Required Skills:
