Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Risk Manager, Insurance to lead the global corporate insurance function. You will own the full lifecycle of insurance programs, from risk quantification to policy governance, while partnering with Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate and Security. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.

You will drive AI-enabled risk management initiatives, develop scalable processes, and report on coverage adequacy and program performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate insurance experience.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
