Job summary

Daryl Gilliam - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support customer-focused sales for State Farm products. You will handle inquiries, educate customers on options, and help grow the agency through lead development and appointments.

The role partners with the agent to hit marketing goals, provide strong service, and pursue licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health to expand capabilities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to present to potential customers and explain insurance options.
• Experience in marketing and lead development helpful.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options.
• Collaborate with the agent to set and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
