Job summary

SOGO Insurance is seeking a driven Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to build a long-term book of business from anywhere in the U.S. This role offers uncapped commissions, world-class training, and a path to substantial first-year earnings with renewals creating residual income.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and can obtain a P&C license within 30 days. You’ll work with CRM tools and Office 365, supported by a full agency team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Active P&C license preferred or obtainable within 30 days.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities.
• Conduct consultative conversations with business owners and individuals to identify insurance needs.
• Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service and retention.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs.
