Job summary

SOGO Insurance is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Consultant who speaks English and Spanish. This role offers uncapped commissions and the freedom to work remotely while building a long-term book of business.

You’ll leverage networking, referrals, and outreach to generate opportunities, discuss Commercial and Personal Lines coverage, and maintain a CRM-driven pipeline with weekly coaching and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting and generating leads.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Active P&C License preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building.
• Conduct consultative conversations to identify insurance needs for businesses and individuals.
• Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service and retention.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs.
