Job summary

SOGO Insurance is seeking driven sales professionals for fully remote roles, offering uncapped commissions and a path to build a long-term book of business. Earn potential in the first year between $50,000 and $80,000+ with additional residual income from renewals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, a hunter mindset, and are bilingual in English and Spanish. Active P&C license is preferred or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities.
• Conduct consultative conversations with business owners and individuals to identify insurance needs.
• Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service and retention.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs.
